Vacation Day 2

First of all, Mystery Science Theater 3000 rocks the house. Kerby Lane's Diner is an Austin tradition with me. Unfortunately, it is so for many many people. Didn't try to get in to the South Lamar location, it was too full. Went looking for Magnolia's on Lake Austin Blvd. but that street is conveniently *not* labeled off of Lamar (it's off of Mopac) so we overshot it and had to take Cesar Chavez until we saw the signs.

After breakfast, we wanted to find the HEB Central Market. Mel went nuts getting hard-to-find spices and fresh fruit for the remainder of the trip. After coming back to the hotel to drop off the refigerables, we headed to the Arboritum on Research and went to the different shops.

To close, we saw The Matrix: Reloaded at the Alamo Drafthouse Theater.
