Went to see the 12:01 showing here in Norman of ROTK last night... wait, just a few hours ago. Solid 3.5 hours long... do the time math, I'm really tired. Got to go to work now.

Oh, how was it, you ask? (yes you did.) It was great. By far the least deviant from the books, when reconciled with the lingering 'added' situations that had to be resolved from the TTT. The ending was so true to the book, minus the whole scouring of the shire, almost down to the exact quotes. All in all, the entire trilogy was brilliant and the world is better for it.
